TUDOR Black Bay

The case returns to the Black Bay 54 in the original size of the Oyster Prince Submariner, paying homage to the classic TUDOR diver’s watch. The new TUDOR Black Bay 54 features beveled lugs. While the winding crown is still located at 3 o’clock, which is completely devoid of a crown guard, the shape and stance of the crown has been updated compared to the previous TUDOR Black Bay collection. The fluted crown also adds inspiration to the overall vintage style, which looks almost exactly like the original, with a Tudor rose motif. 【Dial】The dial is well-made, with an all-matte black dial decorated with gold-tone text and minute tracks, gold-plated hour markers inlaid with Super-Luminova coating, and some patina added to add some vintage warmth. The same faux patina is also used for the gold-coloured snowflake hands. 【Strap】The new model also comes with a riveted bracelet inspired by the retro style of the 1950s/1960s, with a very unique stepped structure, but with artificial rivets and solid links, providing a retro look with modern sturdiness and fine-tuning convenience. The Biwan 54 is a textbook-like unity of “full” and “light”. Good news for those with small wrists, worth looking forward to!
